Returns Policy

Our commitment is to ensure that you are satisfies with MET Perfect Fit products, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise that has the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

When returning an item, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Account page, select “Completed Orders", select “Return Items”, and follow the steps to proceed with your request.

2. We will send you a link via email within 3 business days of your request for a pre-paid return shipping label which you will need to print. For return/exchange reasons, outside of errors or quality issues on behalf of metperfectfit.com, the cost of shipment for the replacement item(s) will be charged to the original credit card used during the transaction process. Additionally, if your exchange results in a balance due, the original credit card will be charged for any balance due.

3. Pack item(s) in a securely sealed package, affix your pre-paid return shipping label and mail package to us.  

4. Once the returned item(s) is received at our fulfillment center, you will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your item(s) for processing.

 

For customers who do not have an online account and wish to make a return/exchange, please click here to fill out the Return & Exchange form. Follow the steps listed on the form. 

 

Exchanges:

If you are exchanging an item(s) because of an error on the part of metperfectfit.com or because of quality issues, we will cover the cost of standard ground shipping to send a replacement item(s) to you.

For all other exchange reasons, outside of errors or quality issues on the part of metperfectfit.com, the cost of shipment for the replacement item(s) will be charged to the original credit card used during the transaction process. Additionally, if your exchange results in a balance due, the original credit card will be charged for any balance due.

 

Gifts: What’s the best way to exchange or return a gift?

If you received an online item(s) as a gift, you can exchange it or return it for online credit within 14 days of the purchase date. We only accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise that has the original tags attached. We need proof of purchase in order to process an exchange or credit for a gift item(s); this information is to be provided on the Return & Exchange form. Please read below for further instructions.  

When returning a gift item, please follow these steps:

1. Please click here to access the Return & Exchange form. Please fill form and print a copy once completed. 

2. Pack item(s) in a securely sealed package and include the completed Return & Exchange form.

3. Affix Shipping Label

Obtain a pre-paid return shipping label by requesting one via email at  customerservice@metperfectfit.com. Note: for return/exchange reasons, outside of errors or quality issues on behalf of metperfectfit.com, the cost of shipment for the replacement item(s) will be charged to the credit card provided in the Return & Exchange form. 

In the event you want to use your own shipping label, purchase one through your preferred shipping provider (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). We suggest you use a traceable and insured shipping method to mail your item(s).

4. Once the item(s) is received at our fulfillment center, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

 

 Please Note:

- We only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through metperfectfit.com. 

- Final sale or Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- We will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

- MET Perfect Fit is not responsible for any returns/exchanges that are lost or stolen while in transit to us.

- Please read all conditions. If conditions are not satisfied, MET Perfect Fit reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange.
