What is your return policy?

We will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise that has the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Click here to read our Returns & Exchanges section for further details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally!

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and MET Perfect Fit gift cards. 

Why is my item on back-order?

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or which has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for back-ordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your bag and also during checkout.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business day of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, metperfectfit.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. Guest users must enter their order number and billing zip code under Order Status section.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, please go to Order Status section and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to view your order and shipping details.

How do I create an account at metperfectfit.com?

You can easily create an account by clicking "Register" at the top of the page, filling out the form, and clicking "Create an Account". Click here now to create an account!

I forgot the username/password for my account, can you help me?

If you forget your account password click "Forgot Your Password?” at the bottom of the customer login. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you have any further questions, please contact us at customerservice@metperfectfit.com.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order at customerservice@metperfectfit.com  or call us at 1-888-380-2323. We are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after the first hour. 

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

 We are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it's confirmation.

How do I use a gift card and discount coupons?

Enter the Gift Card Certificate Number in the Discount field on the final checkout page. The amount of the gift card will be applied towards your order.

Do I need an account to make an online purchase?

No. You can create an account so that you can view the status of your order and enjoy faster checkout, but this is not required.
